In this two-hour workshop, we will begin by exploring all the stages of crafting a hand-painted silk fan.
Then, you will paint a cotton fan, already mounted on its frame, using acrylic paints. I will guide you in handling acrylics with brushes or acrylic markers and show you various original designs to inspire you to create your own.
We will conclude the workshop by discussing the history of fans, their uses, and their secret language. We’ll also enjoy a snack and take group photos with all the fans. Each participant will take home their unique fan, in its box.
